What types of websites are allowed to use the counter?
Our service is available for personal and non-profit and commercial websites. Our counter service is explicitly not available to spammers, email marketers, adult websites or any website we find objectionable due to content or extremely high traffic volumes.

May I have an invisible counter on my pages?
Yes, Paid Members can have this feature

How does the your counter work?
A small piece of javascript code must be installed in all webpages to be tracked. Each time a person browsing the web requests a tracked webpage the counter code will communicate with our servers logging hits and unique visits.

Can I make my counter invisible?
Free counters may not be invisible because your counter will display a Powered by... and an ad under your counter, however paid Counters can switch this on in the Members area.

May I change the color of the counter displayed on my page?
Free Members only can use the default front, paid members have access to the counter wizard.

Are there any advertising and link backs with the counter?
Yes, to pay for the expense of running our service, free counter members will have paid ads and a link back to our site under their counter. We offer very affordable upgrade features to have the link and ads removed.

What if I upgrade, and then I'm downgraded, will I lose my Counter style and setting?
No, even if you become a Paid Member again, we store your Paid settings in a data Base, so if you should choose to become a Paid user again your Old settings will come into affect once again, it will be like you never were down graded.

Can I renew my paid Membership?
Yes, we supply Monthly, yearly, or Lifetime memberships, when your Paid membership expires you will be Down graded, simply login and upgrade again to re-instate your Paid Settings.

Can I get a Free Paid Membership?
Yes, We Supply Free paid memberships to those who are willing to place our Button on there websites, these types of accounts are reviewed every 30 Days.

Why Don't you Supply referral information about who comes to my Website?
Because we believe this is an invasion of privacy, and can be a security risk if you have access to Visitors IP addresses, however we do keep a record of all referrals who visit your website.

Can I have more than one Counter?
No, Only one counter per person, only one account per person, we are very strict on this and offenders will be baned.

Can I have two Paid Memberships?
No, we don't allow this

Can I place my counter on another website?
Yes, Simply login and change your URL, and then get your new Code.

Why is this service free
We run a Free Version only because we run Powered by text links and Text ads under each counter, these are removed in the full Paid Version.

Are the stats in real time?
Yes, all Visitors are recorded in real time and the stats are updated in real time, giving you real stats, some companies I'm afriad boost stats on in real time when infact there is a delay.

Do you offer any other methods of payments?
Yes, You can pay Via Credit card, but this process is done manually,  and we only accept such accounts on a yearly or lifetime Basis.

Do You accept e-gold?
Yes, Same process as above, its all done manually, and yearly and life time membership upgrades can only be accepted.

Are you a single Website?
No, We are a Network, with websites such as CGI-City.com / AuthPro.com / GuestCity.com / LiveLogCity.com and more.. we introduced SiteCount.info for an extra webmaster Service that you could depend on.
